The First Plant-Based Protein Factory in APAC Certified with Global Standards

Our factory, located on a 10-rai plot in Rojana Industrial Park, Ayutthaya, Thailand, is designed to support a maximum production capacity of 25,000 tons per year. Currently, we have started Phase 1 with a production capacity of 3,000 tons in a 300-square-meter facility. This factory is the first 100% plant-based protein factory in the APAC region to be certified with both BRCGS Plant-based and Halal standards.

The factory is strategically located near Thailand’s two major ports: Bangkok Port and Laem Chabang Port, ensuring convenient export within the APAC region and beyond. Thailand is internationally recognized as a global hub for high-quality food production, making it an ideal location for our plant-based protein manufacturing facility to serve as a production base for the region and export to other parts of the world.

Flexible and Diverse Production with Advanced Manufacturing Lines

Our factory features five comprehensive and flexible production lines, including:
Mixing Line: Equipped with Vacuum Mixer and Vacuum Bowl Cutter
Forming Line: With machines for forming patties, tenders, nuggets, and filling sausages
Coated Deep Fried Line: For fried food production
Oven, Grill, Steam Line: For baking, grilling, and steaming
Frozen Line: Equipped with IQF and Blast Freezer technology

All of our machinery is imported from Europe to ensure the highest production standards, and the semi-automated process design allows flexibility for producing a wide variety of products, including minced meat, patties, meatballs, sausages, ham, dim sum, and a variety of fried items.

We use pressure-controlled rooms to prevent cross-contamination between the zones.

Clean Energy for a Sustainable Future

Our factory is equipped with solar panels on the roof and parking areas to reduce our Carbon Footprint, reinforcing our commitment to sustainability. We also use Thermowell technology to retain cooling within the factory, reducing energy consumption, and the facility is constructed with Prefabricated Walls to minimize construction waste.
Our plant-based protein factory not only meets the needs of a wide range of customers but also focuses on high-efficiency, environmentally friendly production in every step of the process.
